How is my order shipped to ensure it stays frozen?

We ship our mochi ice cream in insulated coolers packed with enough dry ice to keep the contents frozen for up to 48 hours in transit. We recommend unpacking and placing them in your freezer immediately upon arrival.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship to all 48 contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses at this time.

Are your products gluten-free or vegan?

Many of our flavors are naturally gluten-free as they are made with rice flour, and we offer a dedicated selection of vegan flavors made with cashew and coconut milk. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for allergen information.

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or melted, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the shipment for a replacement or refund.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it is placed?

Because we process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 1 hour of the order being placed.

How should I store and serve my mochi?

Mochi should be stored in the back of your freezer. For the best tasting experience, let the mochi sit at room temperature for 3 to 5 minutes before eating to allow the rice dough to soften to its signature chewy texture.
